Overview

Lull Sleep is designed to respect your privacy. The app stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit or share your personal information with any third parties, except as described in this policy.

Data Stored on Your Device

Lull Sleep stores the following data locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us:

• Your sleep entries — bed time, wake time and duration
• Your "let go" entries — date, optional reason and optional feeling
• Your display name
• Your notification preferences and reminder time
• Your onboarding completion status
• Your milestone progress

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store or transmit any of the following:

• Personal identifiers beyond what you choose to enter
• Location data
• Usage analytics or behavioural data
• Device information or identifiers
• Crash reports or diagnostics
• Any data that leaves your device

In-App Purchases

Lull Sleep offers optional tip jar purchases. When you make a purchase your payment information is handled entirely by Apple — we never see, store or process your payment details. All transactions are subject to Apple's privacy policy.

We use RevenueCat to manage purchase validation. RevenueCat may collect certain data related to your purchases. You can read their privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Notifications

If you enable notifications Lull Sleep schedules local notifications on your device. All notifications are generated and delivered locally — no notification data is sent to external servers.

Waitlist and Email Communications

If you sign up for our waitlist at lullsleep.app we collect your email address to notify you when Lull Sleep launches and for updates related to the app. We use Beehiiv to manage our mailing list. By signing up you agree to Beehiiv's privacy policy, which can be found at beehiiv.com/privacy.

We will only use your email address to send you information about Lull Sleep. We will never sell, share or rent your email address to any third party. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

If you opted in as a beta tester we may contact you with testing instructions and feedback requests prior to the public launch.

Children

Lull Sleep does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information please contact us so we can delete it.

Data Retention

All app data is stored locally on your device and is deleted when you delete the app. Email addresses collected via the waitlist are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Your Rights

All app data is stored on your own device and can be deleted at any time by deleting the app. To request deletion of your waitlist email address contact us at hello@lullsleep.app.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
